This reunion app collects information used for family reunion planning, including names, RSVP status, party size or attending family members, contact information if provided, family relationships if provided, shirt sizes, accessibility or accommodation notes, support messages, and photos or gallery content if used.

Organizer-only information

Payment and administrative accounting, special accommodation details, emergency or health notes, and organizer notes are intended only for authorized reunion organizers or admins. Public guests should not see emails, phone numbers, payment details, or sensitive needs.

How information is used

Information is used to coordinate attendance, schedule activities, prepare shirts or supplies, support accessibility needs, communicate reunion updates, manage organizer records, and preserve optional family memories.

Sharing

Information is not sold. Reunion organizers may share limited planning information with trusted helpers or vendors only as needed to operate the event.

Retention and deletion

Attendees may request deletion of account, profile, RSVP, or support data. Organizers may retain limited records when needed for event accounting, legal obligations, dispute resolution, safety, or family history records.
